BANSHEE ESPORTS
TEAM HUB
Your team's central resource for standards, strategies and playbooks — everything a Banshee needs to show up prepared, aligned and dangerous.
This isn't a stats tracker or a wiki. This is how we play, written down, on a level that actually makes us better.
Every rule, expectation and code of conduct that every Banshee player follows. One source of truth for the squad.
Add, review and refine the strategies we run on every map. Attack sides, defensive setups, mid-round adapts.
Coaching notes and improvement guides. How we practice, how we review, how we get better every week.
Meet the wailing five. Roles, IGL, entry, sentinel, controller and duelist — the voices behind the Banshee.
WHO WE ARE
Banshee Esports is a competitive Tier 2 Valorant team.
We only take the most committed and driven players.
We hold our players to the highest standards. For those who want to improve individually and in a team environment, we provide hard training and discipline to ensure every player reaches their highest potential. We conduct personal and team reviews, scrim against high-tier teams almost daily, and make sure there's enough rest in between to host fun game nights for team bonding.
We're also opening a GC roster, as well as hosting high-tier tournaments with a big prize pool.
All while posting professional improvement guides for people in need.
TEAM STANDARDS
The bar we hold each other to. Every player on the roster is expected to know and live by these.
- 01Be in Discord 10 minutes before official scrim / match time.
- 02Miss more than 2 scheduled sessions in a month? Talk to the coach — no ghosting.
- 03Give at least 24h notice for planned absences.
- 01Calls are short, directional and confident. No filler, no panic.
- 02Only the IGL mid-rounds. Everyone drops info, IGL decides.
- 03No tilt in comms. Cool down between rounds if you need to.
- 01Warm up aim + movement 20 min before scrims.
- 02Know the map pool and your role's utility for every map.
- 03Come with 1 idea or 1 question every scrim night.
- 01Watch your own VODs before team review — come with timestamps.
- 02Give feedback on the play, not the player.
- 03One thing to fix this week — write it down, revisit next week.
- 01Represent Banshee cleanly in ranked, tourneys and public lobbies.
- 02No slurs, no toxicity, ever — team, opponent, or randoms.
- 03Sponsors and staff get the same respect as teammates.
